Your pet must also be free of fleas and ticks.

If you would like to make a reservation, please submit a Reservation Request.

New customers must complete a Pet Profile, located at the top of this page. Each pet must have a separate profile.

There is 3 night minimum through the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and all 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.)

Please Remove All Collars

Lucky Paws requires the removal of all collars at check in – including flea and tick collars. All flea and tick collars have the potential to leave a chemical residue on anyone who touches them. At Lucky Paws we strive to create a healthy environment for our guests and staff alike. If you have concerns about fleas and ticks we recommend speaking to your vet about alternative products to use when a guest at Lucky Paws. Thank you for your attention to this requirement.

We love to show off our facility, and we encourage you to visit! Due to a large number of requests, all visitors must attend one of our scheduled tours. Our #1 priority is providing our pet guests a peaceful, safe, and fun environment -- there is nothing more important to us. Remember that you would not want your pet’s vacation disrupted all day long! We appreciate your understanding.

  • We only board a limited number of cats, so make your reservation as early as possible!

  • Every dog is provided a Kuranda bed, but you are welcome to bring a blanket or a towel that smells like home. We do not accept any bedding that contains stuffing or foam.
  • Any stuffed toys, chew toys, or bones may be refused if we find them harmful. Please do not bring anything that cannot be left with your pet unsupervised.

Most dogs are eligible for a complimentary bath with a stay of 5 nights or longer. Please note that free baths are done by our pet techs, not a groomer. Therefore nails, ear cleaning, and "blow outs" are not included. Complimentary baths are completely at our discretion. Dogs with extensive drying requirements or behavior concerns should be done by a groomer. Information on paid baths is listed under Salon and Spa.
